Annie Elfassi, Avocat à la Cour, is a local partner in the Litigation & Risk Management Practice Group and the Luxembourg Employment Law Practice in our Luxembourg office. She focuses on all aspects of employment law and commercial litigation.

About Annie Elfassi

Annie has significant experience in employment law, including complex matters involving pension benefits, social security and corporate restructuring, as well as implementing strategies in the best interest of clients during legal proceedings. She handles commercial litigation and employment litigation for both claimants and defendants, and has been involved in transactional and arbitration work. Annie is qualified to practice in both Luxembourg and France. She has been selected as being among the World’s leading Labour & Employment lawyers by Who’s Who Legal in 2019.

She is a member of our Italy region team.
