Jérôme Mullmaier

Jérôme Mullmaier, attorney at law, is a counsel in the Investment Management Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. He specialises in alternative funds structuring, with a special focus on private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds.

About Jérôme Mullmaier

Corporate law matters arising out of private equity transactions and their financing also comprise a significant aspect of Jérôme’s practice. He has worked for two years in Loyens & Loeff’s London office where he advised UK based clients on matters related to Luxembourg investment management.

Jérôme is the author of several articles on regulatory aspects pertaining to alternative investment funds, especially in the private equity and debt funds spheres. He notably contributed to the writing of “The Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive”, International Banking and Finance Law Series, Wolters Kluwer, 2015.
